The group comprises couples and singles from both city and country.  Whilst the group is away, local team members and past members are welcome to visit. We have an affiliation with a similar group of retired ambos in NSW.  Not everyone has a van or motorhome and some choose to book on-site cabins.  There are no committees and no fees.  The year’s program is planned by those present on the last trip of the year, normally around September.

Previous destinations included Edithburgh, Clare and Rawnsley Park.   A typical trip includes happy hours around campfires, group meals, some pub/club meals, outings to local points of interest and perhaps a local tour, all providing opportunities for reminiscences and reconnecting with old colleagues.
